Dear Sir/Madam,
while filing eTDS returns, do we need to also include expenses which are below threshold limits ? like professional fees paid 5k in this quarter to X person ?
please confirm.

Assesses is liable to file e TDS return if TDS is deducted from the expenses. There is no need to include those expensea which are below threshold limit and TDS not deducted.
