05 March 2016Mr.X requires an Projected balance sheet and profit and loss a/c for next two year – 2016-17, 2017-18 For a loan (CC amount Rs65,00,000). What is the important things to be noticed for preparing a projected balance sheet and P&L. Anybody Please give your valuable advice.

different banks follows different criteria for OD. however most of the banks will give 75% of clossing stock as OD limit and your turnover must be 5 times more than OD limit.current ratio is also important.it is better to keep 1.5 as current ratio.

I have doubt that how much the approx. amount to show the debtors, creditors,sales,Purchase and closing stock figure Pls specify with an example.

for example if your OD is 5 lakh then
sale 25lakh
clossing stock around 7.5 lakh
purchase 10% or 20% more than last year.
debtor and creditor you can keep any reasonable amt.you put debtor and creditor after filling all other figure for adjust the current ratio.
still if you are getting diff then adjust in capital and fixed assets
