which ITR should be filled for estate agents and can they claim profit under 44AD

What is the activity of these agents???
If these agents are general commission agents carrying on agency business they can not opt for 44 AD
These agents are required to submit return in ITR 3.

Either he can file ITR-1 - commission income to be shown under income from other sources.
OR
ITR-3-If he is maintaining books of accounts and vouchers and profit after claiming expenses for earning commission income can be shown as his business income under business code " 09005 "
