Can anybody please clarify on the rate of stamp duty on employee stock options agreement with employees. That is agreement required to be executed with employees who got options under ESOP plan of the Company.

following is the stamp duty applicable in AP
(b) if relating to the sale of a Government security or share in an incorporated company or other body corporate.
Subject to a maximum of seventy-five rupees, fifty paise for every Rs. 10,000 or part thereof, of the value of the security or share.
