1. What is the diff. between ESOS (known as ESOP) and ESPS ?
2. What is the pricing method ?
3. What is the grant, vesting and exercise period in ESOP /
4. Apart from BM and AGM approval any other approval/permission required except following the guideline
5. Which is the better scheme to benefit the employee ?
Apart from answer to above queries i need further assistance to understand the schemes, hence if anybody can share the scheme framed by him/them will be helpful to me. Further, request to post practical suggestions / approaches to implement the scheme.
