Please tell me ESIC Act applicability on Private company, in case of company have 15 employees & 5 Labours in Gurgaon, 14 Labours in Gujrat, 10 Labours in Himachal & 10 Labours in Chitoor.
For your information, Gurgaon Employees have Salary more than Rs.25,000 and no ESI hospital within 3 kilomiters in Gujrat, Himachal & Chitoor.
