Hi friends... ESI notification has come tat ESI should be deducted from employees earning salary below 15000... As earlier if a person has earned salary b/w 6500-10000 esi would be deducted at 6500*1.75%... so, is there any change in the ceiling of 6500... rather... how much esi to be deducted for salary of 12000?......
