Hi, I want to know whether travelling allowance can be considered for ESI calculation despite the definition of wages under ESI act excludes the same. Is it compulsory to exclude?

ESI SHOULD BE CACLUATE ON GROOS SALARY AS YOU RECEVIED FROM EMPLOYEE AND AS YOUR PAY SLIP,,,,,GOOD LUCK!
