Hi Naveen, depending upon which state is your establishment or its branch the ESI applicability is specified. Overall the ESI Act states whenever direct or indirect employees exceed 10 or more anytime during the year from that date ESI is applicable to the establishment and in EPF Act this limit is set on 20.
