Errors encountered while uploading json file for refund

same issue please share if anyone have solution

We are a services company and get message " Errors encountered while uploading the file ". Can someone help? We have used the offline utility to prepare the JSON file.

Found the solution for the error message "Errors encountered while uploading the file'. while uploading JSON file in google chrome.

Kindly upload the file in internet explorer browser ( i had used version 11) where it will accept the file and no error message will come.

I had uploaded the file without any errors in internet exporer (version 11) and successul.

I tried uploading statement 3 with Internet Exporer 11 but it is NOT WORKING. I received the same error "Error encountered while uploading file".

You were facing "validation is in progress" error but in my case the statement 3 is not getting uploaded at all.

Sir, I tried but still problem not solved. Which month Refund Application was it. I am trying for FEB18 month and also I have tried with latest IE Edge and Opera Browser as well. No Solution.

Hope, this issue is to be solve from GST software guys only. Height for this there is no option to download error file.
