A particular error is popping while uploading the rectified X M L for the AY 2021-22.
"There is a change in the return filing section type when compared to input in return for which rectification is initiated. Therefore the rectification request cannot be entertained."
The assessee is a charitable institution (FYI)
Please let me know what solution is required for the above stated error.
Which ITR you are filing?
ITR 7 was the original return filed. I am proposing to make a rectification.

If not, what is it that you are going to rectify?
Yes I have received intimation u/s 143(1).
Yes, you can rectify any mistake as per section 154,
i.e. .... any mistake apparent from the record can be rectified by the Income Tax Authorities, but cannot change the income details as per original ITR.

The error should not arise, if the procedure is followed properly...
Still if you are getting error, file complaint under 'Grievances.'
