i have found the solution, try with internet explorer browser.

press refress sign again ang again until you not see the confimation icon

Hi,

The Summary generation of GSTR-1 takes roughly 20-30 minutes after the request to generate the summary is issued.

After generating the request, log out of the account and log in again after roughly half n hour to check the summary generated.

Do refresh, again and again, it  will show after some time or logout and login again
