I am facing problem in uploading my clients itr 5. At the time of attaching digital signature thru E-pass, a error message is dispayed "Can not read the file for signing the X M L" Please tell me what should be done .
Please update the digital signature template. Also check java settings for not keeping Temporary Files on the computer. If the security settings in the browser you are using is high, temporarily dsable it or keep it lowest and then check.
Please check the validity of DSC.
