Error in ROC uploading

First of all see that the DSc has not expired.

Some times due to traffic jam in the network, Mca show such kind ot error irrespective of the fact weather they exist or not.

Try uploading the form after some time.May be this work.

I think you are signing with the DSC of the Director who is currently not in the Board of Directors or in respect of which form 32 for appointment has not been filed or has already been resined from the board.

Please check.

There can be following issues :

1) The DSC would have expired.

2) the Director had joined the Company after the date of AGM.

3) the Director's DSC would not have been registered with MCA.

you have to update your dsc at MCA 21 again to get out of this situation 

register your dsc at the mca portal and then try again

On thing that I have filed ROC Returns with those same DSC and they all are well renewed. beside them all may i know do i need to register DSC with mca21 every year?

Step by step process to be followed for registration of Director’s DSC is as under:

1. Click on the 'Register DSC' link available on the MCA portal homepage https://mca.gov.in/MCA21/Rolecheck.html
2. On the next screen, click on the 'Director' link on the left hand panel and fill-up your DIN. Please ensure that the DIN is approved and typed correctly.
3. System shall verify that the DIN is valid and approved. If the DIN is filled incorrectly or DIN filled is not approved, system will throw an error message to that effect.
4. Fill-up rest of the particulars and ensure that details filled are as per DIN- 1. If the applicant has filed DIN-4, then fill the details as submitted in DIN-4 form.
5. Click on the 'Next' button. The system would verify the details.
6. If the details filled do not match with DIN-1/ DIN-4, as the case may be, for the reason that you do not have your DIN application details, you can get the details from the company in which you are a director.
7. If the details are correct, the system would prompt you to select the DSC.
8. Click on the 'Select Certificate' button to browse and select the certificate. Please ensure that the selected DSC belongs to the applicant, whose particulars are being registered.
9. System shall validate the DSC. If the selected DSC is already registered against given DIN, system will give an informatory message. If a different DSC is already registered against the given DIN, system will ask if the user wants to update his/ her DSC.
10. Type the displayed system generated text for verification in the box provided.
11. Click on 'I agree' button to agree to the declaration that details furnished are correct.
12. Click on the 'Submit' button to register your DSC.
13. Acknowledgement message is displayed to the user.
14. User can take a print-out of the acknowledgement.

Is your problem got solved?it got solved automatically ,or u get Directors DSC register again?As myself also facing same issue ,DSC is already registered infact annual filling of e forms is being done thru his signature only but now at the time of filling form 5 ,it is showing the same message as you have given.

The Mca21 site is not functioning properly , writing to helpdesk is waste of time, they give stereo type solutions. The site presently doesnot allow to roll check the signatures, it will not recognise signed documents throws a massage CA certificate is invalid, signature is revoked , not authorised to sign etc in cases of every thing is perfecly filled and uploaded.  In my case I am unable to file form8,  form23 AC & ACA  etc., It s a great waste of time.

In this state of affairs by MCA officials can we think about India going online .

Yes Nitin Sir,

I have registered Digital signatures of particular directors of concerned Companies , and that resolved my issue... Further it never stopped regarding ROC uploading of other companies too.

I am facing problem in uploading ROC forms. Followed up with ROC office many times but its of no use. Earlier forms were getting uploaded properly on the same pcs with same DSCs. Forms get uploaded upto 100% but after that screen disappears. If I turn off pop up blocker site throws two error msgs " File could not be uploaded properly. Pls try uploading the file again." Another error is " Some prescrutiny validations have failed. Pls make reqrd changes and upload form again" but form shows no prescrutiny errors. Tried with all ROC suggested internet explorer settings. Mozilla shows same result ( Some ROC desk uses mozilla to upload forms ). This cant be site / server error as I am trying since 1 month. Pls suggest
