Error in Registration of Digital Certificate at Income Tax

While registering Digital Signature Certificate at Income Tax portal, the following error is shown which does not enable me to file a Income Tax Return of the Company:-
This is your first return. Please register usinga new DSC with PAN issued after 01/08/2010.
