Error in MCA login

Hi Dear,

I created a user id in MCA portal just few minutes back, but the portal is saying that user-id and password is invalid. And when i go to retrieve password of this user id, the portal is declined and says that user id is invalid however i got the confirmation mail from MCA.

please tell me what should i do in this case.

You can file a grievance for the same. The MCA technical team would contact and resolve the same. keep the screenshot of registration ready.

Hi vishes, sometimes I have faced the same issue but I tried after sometime using the credentials I have created it worked out.Try after sometime when it shows invalid userid or password if it doesn't work out go for grievance.

Try to open the website in Incognito Mode..

opening the file again in incognito mode might help
