Error in Income tax preparation software for ITR -3

Dear friends.

This is my mail to the Income tax guys.....

Dear sir/ madam

I am getting the following error message on Uploading ITR 3

ERROR : Please correct the following errors and upload the XML again. [FATAL_ERROR] : Invalid text '' in element: 'CityOrTownOrDistrict'

I have already downloaded adobe 8.1 and have already filed ITR 1 for a couple of my clients.

Kindly rectify the above error in your Tax preparation software for ITR 3.
