error in GSTR1

while filing GSTR 1 For the month of July shows an error "GSTR 1 save/ action on counterpart invoice/submit are not allowed for current date , please visit GST.gov.in for details on GSTR 1 time lines" is it not possible to file GSTR 1 OF JULY
