Call up the examination department and check out what needs to be done, to rectify the mistake.
A general note what is observed why are students getting tensed while filling up the Examination Form itself, are you guys not carefully reading the instructions before filling up the form. During the time of filling up the form, you should excercise a bit of alertness too.
