Error in, 3b and gstr 4

Sir, when I off set tax liabilities through paid challah in both return error show " check sum validation" :failed. This type of error show in return so I not able to file both returns. When I off set tax liabilities through itc ledger than return file successfully. But through cash ledger return can not file. Sir what is the problems in the portal not much time left for return file time. What is the solution
