Error code 78 in trust defective return

One Trust has received Notice u/s 139(9) It says as following: The Return of Income filed by you for AY 2015-16, is considered defective u/s 139(9). Details of defect in Annexure A: "Annexure A Error Code 78 Error Descripttion For cases of claims for deduction u/s 10, details of deduction u/s 10 in Part A General(1) and Part A General(2) are to be filled, else the case should be marked defective and notice issued." Exactly what specific details does this Notice require in the return?? Please Note that trust runs various educational institutions. Trust claims exemption u/s 10(23C)(vi).
