I am Filing Company Income Tax Return for A/Yr. 2006-2007 in Late. Ereturn Furnish in Today But Which Section in File Return?

dear Mr Balram Return of Asst Year 2006-07 cann't be filed now.

Dear Balaram,
Friend Rajendra has rightly mentioned that it cannot be filed VOLUNTARILY...
However if u r filing it in reponse of a notice u/s 148, then u have to WRITE "code 14" in the form.

Agree with Mr.Amir
It cannot be filed now as it should be filed before 31.03.08.
Belated return should be filed within one year from the end of relevant A.Y.
filing in reponse of a notice u/s 148, then "14" in the form.
