It's not fast dear. . .I have it installed. . . it takes time to start too.. . as far as my experience chrome starts most quickly. . .

Personal opinion after using EPIC ,the themes are cool though.

Please upgrade ram, operating system & adobe software to latest release.

All Epic Browser users, Good nesws is that new version Epic Browser 1.1 is available. To update check for update from help menu within epic browser or download from their site.

Now it uses Firefox 3.6.7. Cricinfo widget has been added as a source of commentary and live scores. The browser also shows “Recent Skins” . This upgrade also works in Linux machines like Ubuntu, installed using wines.

Is it faster than Google Chrome ? If not, then there is no meaning in installing it.

Yes, it is faster then any browser as they disable privacy tracking & extension.

It loads fast at startup and also webpage afterwards.

Yes, I installed it just now. It has looks of Google chrome. It started instantly, which is not so in the case of Chrome. It seems faster. Thanks for sharing the info...

Besides speed, another thing I liked about it is; by default, it is always on Private Browsing mode. So, we don't need to keep remembering now and then to keep it in private browsing mode.

Since Epic Privacy Browser is built on the same open-source platform as Chrome and includes all of its benefits and adds a broad set of always-on privacy features that stop third parties from tracking users and storing their searches it would be a real threat to Google Chrome. It's a matter of pride for us that it's founder is of Indian origin.

If most of indian user start using epic privacy browser, it should give challange to other branded browser in India.

Just now, I saw their Facebook profile. I really liked the way they have glorified India and it's glorious culture. They are not ashamed to declare the greatness of India on its business profile. They want the foreigners to know that this browser has Indian roots. That is what I really liked !!! Feel proud to be an Indian !!!
