No... Employer contribution not include in Your Gross Income.

Sir, in EPF my contribution is Rs. 21600 and employer contribution is Rs 21600 then how much amount I can claim in deduction under 80 c

Which Your income that's only will be deductible in Your income...
It's mean Your contribution only will claim in 80C deduction...

EMPLOYER EPF in only part of CTC in most of the companies
it will not part of your taxable income
they are part of ur saving and u can claim in sec 80(c) for both the amount

No... Employer's contribution can't be claim by employee.

Yes, employee contribution can only be claimed u/s 80C.

Sorry only employee contribution is eligable for 80c.
