Dear All,
There was only one employee applicable in EPF Scheme in a PVT LTD Company and now he resigned, let me know the compliances will still continue for EPF.

The stautories are applicable. However the none of the employee has not covered the basic limit of Provident Fund.
Anyhow the PF is applicable to all employees of entities. There is no provision for not applicable of indivduals basic salary.
