M/S X LTD IS AN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.IT IS HAVING A 3 SUB CONTRACTORS,WHOSE LABOUR ARE WORKING FOR XLTD BUSINESS ACTIVITIES(TEMPORARY BASIS) .X LTD IS DIRECTLY HAVING ONLY 8 EMPLOYEES.SO WHETHER EPF AND ESI IS APPLICABLE FOR X LTD?

ESI and PF is not applicable.
Any business employing more than 10 people shall be required to mandatorily procure the registration under the ESI Act.
