I have obtained EPCG in Jan 13 my avearge Export Obligation is 3 Crorer, and Export Obligation is 10 Crorer.

Can i fufill may avearge Export 3 Crorer, in Feb 13, andin March- 13 another 5 Cr my Export Obligation and Balance 5 Cr in April 13.

Is it atleast 3 Years i hv to mainatin 3 Cr avearge Export, Unitil i fulfill - my Export Obligation ?

PATIL JI,

Under the EPCG Scheme, at present, the condition of maintenance of average level of exports is not applicable to some sectors, namely, Handicrafts, Handlooms, Cottage Sector, Tiny Sector, Agriculture, Aquaculture (including fisheries), Horticulture, Pisciculture, Viticulture, Poultry and Sericulture. Three new sectors are being added to this list, namely, Carpet, Coir and Jute. This would provide substantial relief to these labour intensive industries, which find it difficult to maintain the average export obligation. KINDLY POST HERE SCANNED COPY OF SAID LICENCE SO THAT AFTER EXAMINE AND STUDY RESOLVED THE CASE.
