Whether Himachal Pradesh Entry Tax applicable on Imported Machinery by Pvt. Ltd.?

if we will pay entry tax in cash of Rs.35000 then it will allow in Income Tax Act?

Yes,

Tax payment diposited in govt. account in cash is alowed.

No specific deduction but you can claim it as a expense in p&l.

Please refer your Himachal pradesh VAT-entry tax.

it will clear you every thing about the cash payment of vat or entry tax.
