Kindly provide your expert advice / opinion, whether ENTRY TAX is applicable or not? On the items procure (imported) from other countries to India.

FOR ENTRY TAX QUIERY
If we import a goods from china in gujrat than form 403 is required when intered in state & after stamp of Sales tax on 403 form than there is no required to pay Entry Tax
