Entry for GST tax payments
sir I have paid tax for Cgst RS. 2000 and Sgst RS. 2000. what entry is made in tally. please give me entry.

As amount PD you will be reflected in cash ledger in GST portal. so you make following entry in tally
CGST a/c Dr
SGST. a/c. Dr
To Bank a/c
You may adjust amount in cash ledger for payment of RCM or deficit in input/ output liability.
CGST a/c Dr
SGST. a/c. Dr
To Bank a/c
You may adjust amount in cash ledger for payment of RCM or deficit in input/ output liability.
