Dear Sir / Ma'am,

During incorporation in 2003 there were 4 directors .Manual Form 32 was filed

Mr.A ,Mr. B, Mr. C, Mr. D

Mr. D died

so Currect Directors are A, B ,C .

But some fool filed previous 20B of 2007 with directors as Mr.A and Mr. E (he mistakenly mixed directors of sister company )

so on MCA21 signatory detals is showing Mr. A & Mr. E as directors which is not true

now , we want to correct it .

so while filling Form 20B when we fill DIN of Mr, B & Mr. C ..it says "ENTER A VALID DIN"

DIN2 & DIn 3 have not been filed of any director,but we dnt think its a that problem because it is accepting din of Mr. A

neither DIn - 4 have been filed of any director for furnishing PAN .

and HOw can we correct the information n MCA portal

You have to file Din3 with ROC to view names of Mr. B. and Mr. C on MCA21 and you have file form 32 for Mr. D who has expired and disable his din number.

I donnot think, MCA is showing names of Mr. A and Mr. E because of filing of form 20B erroniously in 2007, DIN 3 might have been filed by mentioning name of Mr.A. and Mr. E in this company.

I suggest you to correct annual return of 2007 also.

To remove name of Mr. E from MCA Portal, you have to file form 32, which legally is not correct. enquire about removal of Mr. E from MCA Portal in your respectively ROC any alternative procedure is available.
