I am an article assistant in a CA firm from April 2014. Before joining articleship I have completed my LL. B. Can I enroll in the Bar Council of Delhi as an Advocate during the articleship. Can institution give permission to me to do so. How and under what rules it is possible? If no, which rules forbid clearly?

Dear Parsha Ram Kumhar Please click on this link below and dowload the CA Regulation Act 1988 under Section 53 and Section 53A you will get exemption from the articleship and for this you have produce certain documents and fees and submit it to ICAI for more details click on this link below :

decide my dear what profession you eould choose, after all same man cannoy practise two professions if allowed he would neiber be able to be a f=good professional, after all every profession has an implivation of laws!
that does not allow one to practise both if allowed you would be a great danger to clients!
