I am running a trade on the name and license of uma SHARMA but I want to get gst registration on my name pawan Gupta i don't have license on my name is it possible
Trade licenses are not mandatory for GST Registration. it's only optional in the GST portal. To register in your Name PAN NO is mandatory.
you can get registered at gst.gov.in
