Enpenses on Medical trearment other than the diseases mentiones u/s 80DDB , 80DD , 80U

For a salaried person,
who spends around rs3000/- a month on his medical expenditure

and does get any allowances and reimbursement on medical expenditure form employer , can he claim those expenses while filling income tax return
