Dear Nisha, I would like to suggest "logo ka kaam h kehna" ignore kro sabko Jo b majak udaye... just keep continue& try to talk in English, read newspaper and follow all advices u have received. Firstly get rid of sabse bada rog I.e log kya kahenge...

You can watch english serials on popular channels like Star World, Zee Cafe etc. Nowadays they all come with subtitles.This way you will also get to know subtle differences between various accents in different eng speaking countries.

Start watching English movies and t.v shows and reading books and magazines in English. Reading the newspaper won't make you proficient in spoken english which is best acquired from watching english shows. Note the use of phrases and you'll be good in no time.
