We are Endowment Trust. This trust created for Employees Gradutity Fund . Kindly advice which ITR form should we use? ITR 5 or ITR 7

itr 7 is applicable for trusts.

Thank you. But while we submit ITR7 ti IT department , they refuse it and ask ITR 5. pls suggest

it is mandatory to file itr-7 online. it cant be filed manually.

Dear All,
Thank you for reply. Now new prbolem arise. We can claim excemption u/s 10(25). But the ITR 7 Form has not this section. It is mandatory field. How can we select excemption section?. I spoke with CBDT help desk through mail and telephone. But nobody answer to this point. Please any one suggest. shall we select any of the available excemption sections from the list.
Our income is Interest on Gratuity. Please find attachement for available sec in ITR 7
