Hi, a company has set up a trust for doing all the activities relating to CSR compliance
Now, that company wants to invest in Endowment fund, does that investment will be counted under CSR activity?

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) clarified that spending CSR funds for COVID-19 related activities qualify as CSR expenditure.
