I am working with an organization with more than 20 employees. Some of persons are having higher salarybase. Please let me know the limit and applicability of the law.

PF applicable on any firm/ establishment where 20 or more persons are employed in previous month.
max salary ceiling is 6500/- i.e the person having more than 6500 have to get deduction upto 6500 ( Rs 780/- deduction for PF per month)
