is employee state insurance(ESI) is Sam as registration of labour or any difference between them please clarify that

New registration of firm not in ESIC portal. But, existing Registered employer can add their employees in ESIC portal.
Also it's same in EPF.
New registration is available as COMMIN REGISTRATION IN SHRAM SUVIDHA PORTAL.
