Employee Salary By Cash in different dates

employee salary is Rs.17000 per month can we pay by Cash in different date 10000/- in first day and Rest 7000 in second day or Third day. it's allowable or not Kindly suggest

Certainly it's allowed but not customary as per company's internal policy. Income tax Act has not made any provisions to avoid payment in cash. But there is a focus on digital payments.
