Can company/Firm Give any amount or gift afer death of emplyee at work shop?

The trem gift is not prper ,it can be compasation to it employee who death in work shop.

The term gift is correct in english. But more precisely it is called as "Exgratia Compensation".
It can be paid, there is no limit.
But see it to it that it is paid through cheque so you can always proove with the dept.
