"uncertainty as to going concern" can this matter be presented in "emphasis of matter paragraph" in Audit report?

When there is any significant doubt arising on going concern concept then the auditor should emphasis that factor under emphasis of matter paragraph for drawing understanding to user's of financial statements and should qualify his report as per SA 570 and SA 706
