Dear All,
Being part of the Mangement and member of decision making panel I had suggested the Management to form an " Emergency Fund " out of G_Profit - let say at 0.50% of Profit[before Tax] ..for which they are agreed ..
This will be to meet accidental expenses of the Employees, which sometimes are much bigger in terms of money for them to carry out...
[ a part from Mediclaim, Accident cover etc... ]
I would like to know if there is any provision for such attempt., or are there any
benefits for such attempt, like tax relief or something is available..?
Would be great to see your comments on the same...Thanks in advance
