State Bank of india require email id for filling 15G and 15H. Is it mandatory in all banks ? Is there any circular published by any Govt. authority?
What to do when there is no smart phone or computer and not sufficient English knowledge ?
No such circular by RBI or any Governmental agency, but internal policies of Banks.
