how to change email id for cpc communications. pls advise

You have to login to portal and under profile you can give new email id, you will have to confirm it thru OTP

You need to enter you login credentials of the INCOME TAX WEBSITE PORTAL. Then you go to My Account and ask for change of email I'd. You will be then asked for an OTP, provide it and it's done.
