can we change email id and password in gst portal, its urgent, my client's lawyer entered his personal email id and mob no on time of registration, now he is not in practise or not want to give all time evc otp, when i submit return, so can we change both details in GST Portal.

yes you can change it from amendment of registration non core field
use mobile or mail id which not use in other gstn
