We are the manufaturers of cement,I have a query regarding availment of Service Tax Credit on outward transportation(Stores Spares) for repairs and maintenance.After completion of repairing activity they will be returned to our stores. Whether can we avail the service tax portion which is paid on outward transportation as a recipient of service????Please clarify me regarding this.
