whether ID card printing expenses can be eligible for claiming Input tax credit? or it is not eligible for input tax credit?

If The Expence For Business Purpose U Can Take Input Tax Credit Other Wise Itc Not Allowed

As per Section 16(1) Every Registered Person shall be entitled to take Input tax Credit on any supply of goods or services or both to him which are used or intended to be used in the course of furtherance of his business.

So in you case, it's for furtherance of business, you can take ITC subject to section 16 i.e your GSTIN on bill ect.
