Does anybody has idea that we can give final attempt after 3.5 yrs, including or excluding extension???

I THINK V CAN GIVE OUR EXAMZ B4 DOING THE TRAINING EXTENSION i.e. 3.5 YRZ EXCLUDE EXTENSION
