I had served my articleship period from 21/07/2008 to 20/01/2012 i.e for a period of 3.5 yrs. In this period I have taken leave of 297 days. What is my extension period? I have filled my completion form 108 with the current principal but i want to serve my remaining period (i.e extension) under new principal. Can i do so?
And my most urgent query to be solved is, am i eligible to give my attempt in may 12?
Because as per my opinion this is my first attempt and my articleship will be completed well before 31st oct'2012. Hence it means i will be serving on the first day of may 12 and will be completing before 31st oct,2012(i.e before 6 months)
